实验室主任

 罗文波，男，1969年出生。湘潭大学二级教授、博士生导师，岩土力学与工程安全湖南省重点实验室主任，中国力学学会理事，中国化学会中国力学学会流变学专业委员会副主任，中国力学学会波纹管及管道力学专业委员会副主任，湖南省力学学会副理事长，湖南省岩石力学与工程学会副理事长。曾任湘潭大学土木工程与力学学院副院长（2004-2013）、院长（2013-2017）。2001年毕业于华中科技大学，获工学博士学位，2004-2005年任加拿大魁北克大学访问教授，2005-2007年任日本神户大学JSPS特别研究员，2008年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”，2010年入选湖南省121人才工程第二层次，2011年入选湖南省普通高校学科带头人培养对象。主要研究固体流变学与多尺度力学的理论与应用，主持国家自然科学基金项目5项和部省级项目10余项。出版专著1部，在Int J Solids Struct、Polymer、力学学报等期刊发表论文百余篇。获湖南省自然科学奖三等奖、湖南省高等教育省级教学成果奖二等奖、第一届中国流变学青年奖、湖北省优秀博士学位论文奖、中国力学学会全国徐芝纶力学优秀教师奖和宝钢优秀教师奖等。代表性论著有：
